Rates & Conditions

Included in the price:

- Consumption (water, gas, electricity, heating)
- Linen (bed-bathroom-kitchen)
- Final cleaning
- Wifi
- Free use of washing machine, BBQ wood and fireplace, swimming pool, table tennis and mountain bikes on request (subject to availability)
- Pets are accepted without any limitations (upon request before booking).

Payment:

- 30% deposit (returnable according to agreement);
- Balance on arrival;;
- Deposit from 100 to 200 euros (at the discretion of the owner);;
- Payment by bank transfer, credit card and cash.

Useful information:

The high season period coincides with the opening of the swimming pool (01 / 06-15 / 09), along with New Year's, Easter and marked bridges.

If you come to us during this period, the rates will be a little higher, but there will always be offers for longer stays (at least 5 nights) and in groups (10% discount for groups of at least 10 people) super offers for the others beautiful seasons!

Each apartment has specific characteristics and capabilities, while maintaining excellent comfort and practicality.
The common room allows groups to have meals together in any season.
